Description
The Laboratory Quality Engineer coordinates and executes material, secondary-material, and finished-product quality tests; monitors equipment chemical parameters; analyzes defects and quality problems; supports supplier and customer claims; participates in process improvements and new project launches; prepares AARs; and coordinates color harmonization and laboratory operations. The role requires a bachelor's or engineering degree in Chemistry or a similar field, English proficiency, and three years of production experience, preferably in automotive finishing, paint formulation, and plastic resins.
