Description
The Medical Laboratory Supervisor oversees laboratory services and personnel in assigned areas, coordinates specimen processing, equipment operation, reference laboratory submissions, quality control, staffing, and customer service, and supports staff orientation, performance evaluations, and training. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a relevant medical laboratory field, current state licensure where applicable, and four years of experience as a medical technologist, laboratory technician, histotechnologist, or cytotechnologist. The position is based at Princeton and Bluefield campuses, may require any shift during urgent situations, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
