Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is hiring a Lab Supervisor to lead its Chemistry, Serology, and Send-Out departments. The role oversees technical operations, regulatory and accreditation compliance, quality assurance, staff coaching and training, departmental budgets, workflows, and patient outcomes. It requires an associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field, CLSI-accredited internship or military lab training, at least five years of laboratory experience, leadership experience, and exam eligibility for ASCP certification or equivalent.
