Techmer PM is hiring an on-site Quality Control / Color Lab Supervisor in Clinton, Tennessee, to lead daily operations of its QC and Color Laboratories. The role supervises technicians, ensures accurate product testing and documentation, supports product approval and release, collaborates with manufacturing and technical services, promotes safety, coordinates laboratory support, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and either five years of quality control experience or two years of quality supervision experience; manufacturing, plastics, polymer, or color concentrate experience and previous laboratory leadership experience are preferred. The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000.
