Description
Dexcom is hiring a Lab Supervisor to lead and coordinate a back-end Solutions Lab team supporting continuous manufacturing and testing operations. The role oversees solution preparation, testing, release, inventory, equipment readiness, shift execution, quality and GMP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and team development. It is a 12-hour day shift on Fridays through Sundays and alternate Thursdays, with a 20% shift premium, and requires the right to work in Ireland; sponsorship is unavailable. The position typically requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of related experience, and previous team-lead experience, with an annualized base salary of €57,715 to €74,690 gross.
