Strive Pharmacy is hiring a full-time, onsite Lab Support in Gilbert, Arizona, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at $21 per hour. The role supports sterile laboratory operations by labeling and stocking supplies, cleaning and calibrating equipment, operating autoclaves and dry-heat sterilization ovens, maintaining cleanroom and inventory records, and auditing supplies for expiration. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License or willingness to obtain one, strong attention to detail, and the ability to wear PPE and perform repetitive manual work.
