Techmer PM is hiring a Lab Technician for its Dalton, Georgia facility on the first shift from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role performs quality control testing, sample compounding, color adjustments, product certification, COA completion, and investigation of nonconforming materials and products. It requires a high school diploma, at least two years of compounding or laboratory experience, color-spectrophotometer experience, basic computer and mathematical skills, and the ability to differentiate color hues. The pay rate is $21.50 per hour and up depending on experience, with medical, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
