Description
The Lab Technician supports PCB assembly, modification, rework, and precision soldering and de-soldering of integrated circuits and surface-mount components. The role also troubleshoots board-level failures, assists engineers with board bring-up, testing, debugging, validation, electrical measurements, and data documentation, maintains laboratory assets and inventory, supports audits and laboratory safety, and plans lab activities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and proven hardware debugging, soldering, rework, and circuit-analysis experience are required, along with proficiency in laboratory measurement equipment and Microsoft Office.
