Description
The Micro Lab Technician performs food-safety and quality testing in a meat-snack manufacturing environment, including Listeria and environmental swabbing, finished-product testing, raw-material testing, equipment calibration and cleaning, data entry, corrective actions, and HACCP monitoring. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience or training, and 6+ months of relevant manufacturing experience; knowledge of quality systems, food-processing equipment, SAP, supply chain, and instrument calibration is preferred. The starting rate is $18.55 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) participation, paid holidays, and paid time off mentioned.
