Description
The Lab Technician will support the formulation and quality control of coatings and paints by interpreting formula data, preparing coating samples, testing paint properties, operating laboratory equipment, adjusting formulas, and communicating discrepancies to technical and laboratory teams. The role requires a high school diploma with an emphasis in mathematics and science, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, English language mastery, strong visual acuity and color perception, and the ability to collaborate across production, logistics, research and development, and manufacturing. The position offers a $20.50 per hour base rate, medical and dental insurance with telemedicine, and a 401K retirement plan contribution.
