Randstad Belgium is hiring a Lab Technician in Zelzate to perform synthesis and analytical work for innovation and R&D projects involving aromatic chemicals from benzene to graphite precursors. The role includes laboratory testing, pilot-installation runs, equipment knowledge, and report writing, with a salaried day-shift schedule and possible temporary three-shift rotation during pilot tests.
