Beecher's Handmade Cheese is hiring a Lab Technician to support food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance at its Shullsburg, Wisconsin facility. The role performs quality checks, collects and tests samples, monitors critical control points, maintains compliance records, supports audits, and helps resolve production quality issues. Candidates should have food manufacturing, dairy processing, quality assurance, or laboratory experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, or state dairy regulations; an associate's degree or coursework in a related field is preferred but not required. The position offers a starting rate of $21.50 per hour, a consistent four-day work week with 10-hour shifts, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
