Description
The Lab Technician will test and analyze raw materials, intermediates, stability samples, and finished products using validated or compendia methods and cGMP guidelines. Responsibilities include calibrating laboratory equipment, performing analytical and instrumental testing, investigating out-of-specification results, maintaining documentation, assessing risks, and following safety procedures. The role requires an associate’s degree, 0–3 years of laboratory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of laboratory safety, hygiene, and GMP rules. The position offers an hourly salary of $30–$33, plus incentive pay, retirement savings, health care coverage, paid time off, and other benefits.
