Description
The Academic and Open Computer Lab Technician manages and maintains academic and open computer labs at Utah Valley University. Responsibilities include preparing labs for the semester, repairing computers and printers, applying security patches, troubleshooting EUTS-related issues, managing service-level agreements, evaluating new technologies, and supporting faculty and students. The role requires an associate's degree in a related field with one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling at least three years.
