The Returned Product Complaints Investigator processes, investigates, documents, and trends cardiac rhythm management returned-product complaints. The role performs initial investigations and root-cause testing, maintains product traceability, partners with R&D and Manufacturing, updates test procedures, and recommends process improvements. It requires an associate degree in Electronics or equivalent related experience, at least one year of related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and technical writing skills. The position is onsite five days per week, offers no relocation or visa sponsorship, and pays $43,368 to $73,736.
