Description
The Lab Technologist I conducts laboratory processes supporting specimen processing and testing, operates high-complexity tests, participates in quality assurance and proficiency testing, maintains laboratory standards and documentation, and completes training and competency assessments. The role works Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., pays $22 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour night-shift differential, and requires a relevant degree, California CLS or CGMBS licensing where applicable, computer and statistics proficiency, communication skills, and attention to detail.
