Amgen is hiring a Labeling Operations Team Lead in AIN to lead and manage an artwork team responsible for artwork creation, reviews, compliance, automation, and operational oversight within Life Cycle Management. The role supports early-stage development, global artwork execution, software and license management, talent development, and continuous improvement, while requiring a design degree, 6–10 years of regulated-environment artwork experience, 2–3 years of team-management experience, Adobe proficiency, and fluent English.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 6–10 years of artwork lifecycle management, packaging, or labeling operations experience in a regulated environment, preferably GMP
2–3 years of team-management experience
Cross-functional collaboration across global teams
Leading projects in a matrix and international environment
Artwork automation experience, preferably automated artwork creation
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of regulatory requirements for labeling and packaging
Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
Familiarity with artwork management systems and digital workflows
Ability to meet strict timelines
