The role combines HR business-partner activities—workforce planning, talent management, performance and total rewards, compensation, and employee relations—with labor relations responsibilities including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance investigations, arbitration, disciplinary hearings, and union representation. The position requires a DOD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, relevant HR and labor relations experience, and the ability to travel; the listed full-time salary range is $72,500 to $134,600.
