Description
The Labor Relations Intern will support the Madrid headquarters Labor Relations department by drafting notices on reduced working hours and leave of absence, updating department databases in Excel, preparing novation agreements, comparing collective bargaining agreements, making labor-related legal inquiries, filing claims and documentation, and preparing PowerPoint presentations. The role is intended for graduates in Law, Labor Relations, or Human Resources who can sign a full-time internship agreement through a Master’s in Human Resources or related advanced courses, with Labor Law knowledge, B2 English, office-tool proficiency, and strong organization, attention to detail, customer orientation, and teamwork preferred or required.
