Description
Tenet is hiring a Labor Relations Manager to lead labor relations across three affiliated Massachusetts facilities in Worcester, Framingham, and Natick. The role advises hospitals and corporate leadership, manages collective bargaining, contract compliance, grievance and arbitration, strikes and picketing, and union organizing, and may expand to support labor relations across the United States. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, a JD, and 5–7 years of related experience, along with experience managing outside counsel, grievance and arbitration, union campaigns, and union negotiations.
