Description
The Labor Relations Manager supports PS’s labor relations strategy across its operations, serving as a partner to Operations, People, Employee Relations, and Legal. The role administers collective bargaining agreements, manages grievances and investigations, supports collective bargaining and negotiations, advises property leaders on labor obligations, trains leaders, tracks labor trends, and prepares recommendations for stakeholders. It is based at the company headquarters and LAX property, may require travel to other PS locations, and is a full-time exempt role with an annual salary of $125,000 to $150,000.
