PayPay is hiring a full-time Labor and Compliance Specialist to support group-wide HR labor operations, governance, and risk reduction. The role involves improving labor processes, handling employee and manager consultations, analyzing labor data, delivering compliance training, automating routine tasks, resolving labor issues with HRBPs, operating the internal whistleblowing hotline, and promoting compliance measures. The position is based in the Tokyo office in Yotsuya with a hybrid work arrangement requiring attendance about three times per week.
