Description
The Labor Standards Engineer will work in a defense-sector unmanned-vehicle production environment, conducting workday photography and time-and-motion studies, establishing time, output, and service standards, determining optimal operation times, developing standard and individual labor standards, analyzing workday losses, and preparing standard justifications. The role requires at least two years of labor-standards experience in manufacturing, knowledge of work-organization and compensation legislation, analytical ability, and proficiency with PC applications including MS Excel, 1C, and ERP systems.
