OCA Global Mexico is hiring a Laboratory Analyst in Irapuato, Guanajuato, to perform physicochemical and food-related analyses, conduct texture and rheology tests, coordinate external laboratory programs, enter results, maintain equipment calibration and preventive maintenance, control laboratory inventory, and keep laboratory facilities organized and clean. The role requires a completed technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in quality control or physicochemical analysis laboratories.
