SGS is hiring a Laboratory Analyst for its chemical and petroleum analysis department in Zierbena, Bizkaia. The role involves performing physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses; developing or updating analytical methods; recording and processing results; and maintaining laboratory equipment. The position follows a shift-based schedule that may include night and/or weekend work, with shifts duly compensated. Candidates need higher vocational training in chemistry or a chemistry degree, essential ICP experience, and 1–2 years of experience with analytical techniques such as ICP, gas chromatography, and XRF.
