The Laboratory and Complementary Studies Lead will direct the overall operation of a clinical laboratory and complementary studies, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, reliable results, inventory control, risk management, and continuous improvement. The role leads and develops the laboratory team, optimizes resources and equipment maintenance, and supports patient care. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree, a professional license, broad clinical laboratory knowledge, experience with automated laboratory equipment, and experience preparing and reviewing laboratory results.
