SGS Australia is hiring a Laboratory Assistant in Sample Preparation to support routine soil, water, and air sample preparation and analysis. The role involves handling reagents safely, preparing standards, recording data, following analytical methods and quality procedures, and assisting with instrument loading and waste disposal. Candidates should be methodical, reliable, comfortable with hands-on laboratory work, and ideally hold a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent and have 1–2 years of laboratory or sample-preparation experience; shift flexibility is required.
