Dynacare is hiring a permanent full-time Laboratory Assistant - LHSC for its Winfield LHSC (5H) location. The role processes blood samples and other laboratory specimens, enters requisitions and results, provides patient-facing customer service, performs venipuncture, sorts specimens, performs ECGs, and follows laboratory SOPs and confidentiality requirements. Candidates must be CSMLS or BCSLS certified or hold an accredited MLA program qualification; applicants with a related bachelor's degree, international MLA or MLT qualification, and at least one year of patient-facing phlebotomy experience may also be considered. The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and pays $27.00-$30.75 per hour.
