Dynacare is hiring a full-time Laboratory Assistant - LHSC (Float) for the South Okanagan region in Osoyoos, British Columbia. The role involves processing blood samples and other lab specimens, accurately entering requisitions and results, performing venipuncture and ECGs, and delivering empathetic customer service in a 100% onsite medical laboratory environment. Candidates should be CSMLS or BCSLS certified or graduate from an accredited MLA program, or have a related scientific degree or international MLA/MLT qualification with at least 1 year of patient-facing phlebotomy experience, along with strong attention to detail, typing skills, and English communication ability.
