Description
Bosch is hiring a Laboratory Manager to establish and operate a technical semiconductor test laboratory at its PgP5 plant in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role coordinates laboratory infrastructure, utilities, ESD, IT, equipment installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, documentation, safety, quality, and supplier activities; it also defines processes, manages risks and open actions, and prepares the laboratory for audits. The position requires a technical degree and experience in an engineering laboratory, test environment, or production/fab setting, along with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
