Description
Eurofins is hiring a full-time laboratory customer-service representative in Belgium to serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, resolve sample-registration issues, support additional-test requests, coordinate sample-collection schedules, prepare quotations, maintain customer agreements, follow up on complaints, and report deviations and problems. The role requires a degree in food and dietetics or another food- or laboratory-related program, strong communication and administrative skills, flexibility, and a hands-on approach. The position works full-time from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in a laboratory environment.
