Description
The role performs complex laboratory testing of customer samples, evaluates test results, prepares reports, and leads simple test programs. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining test equipment, performing calibration, adapting test setups, communicating with customers and engineering, and applying continuous-improvement practices. The position requires an electrical or electronic engineering degree or equivalent practical experience, familiarity with relevant product and testing standards, project-management and customer-service abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to incorporate automation into testing.
