Description
The role leads and executes customer sample testing programs, including defining test plans, operating and maintaining complex test equipment, evaluating results, preparing reports, communicating with customers and engineering, and managing project activities. It also involves equipment calibration, continuous improvement, and laboratory security. The position requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience, project-management and customer-service ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to incorporate automation into testing.
