Description
The role leads and executes customer sample testing programs, including defining test plans, operating and maintaining complex test equipment, evaluating results, preparing reports, communicating with customers and engineering, and managing simple test projects. It also involves equipment calibration, continuous improvement, and laboratory security. The position requires university education in engineering or a related discipline, two years of directly related experience, project-management and customer-service ability, analytical testing skills, communication skills, teamwork, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to incorporate automation into testing.
