Description
Hennepin Healthcare seeks a Laboratory Informatics System Analyst in its Lab Administration department. The hybrid, day-shift role supports the daily operation, maintenance, development, and implementation of laboratory information systems, including software, databases, interfaces, hardware, and peripherals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing and deploying changes, coordinating system maintenance, aligning laboratory test menus with clinical orders and order sets, preparing procedures and training materials, supporting Cerner users, assisting with go-live planning, and handling planned and unplanned downtimes. A bachelor's degree in medical technology or another science field and three years of professional laboratory work experience, or an approved equivalent combination, are required.
