Description
The Laboratory Manager will report to the Head of Quality and lead and coordinate the Horological Laboratory’s activities to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Audemars Piguet products. Responsibilities include managing qualification activities for new products, balancing workload and testing resources, providing technical and analytical support, analyzing customer and internal product issues, proposing solutions, and contributing to product criteria, measurement-device research, and tooling development. The role requires an engineering, microtechnology, or watchmaking degree or equivalent training, at least five years of experience in a similar watchmaking position, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, organization, and analytical ability.
