Lehigh University is hiring a full-time Laboratory Manager for its Department of Materials Science & Engineering in Bethlehem to oversee shared laboratory facilities across the Whitaker and HST buildings. The role focuses on maintaining safe, efficient operations for teaching and research labs through preventative maintenance, equipment procurement, inventory control, safety training and compliance, technical support, budgeting, billing, and supervision of multi-user lab spaces. The position requires an associate's or vocational/technical degree in engineering or a related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and experience in shared research lab management, safety compliance, and budget oversight.
