Description
Mars is hiring a Lab Management Lead for its site R&D team in Lewisburg, Ohio, within the Quality & Food Safety Function. The role leads a team of lab technicians and manages laboratory processes, routine product and raw-material testing, external laboratory coordination, equipment and method validation, SOP/GLP implementation, supplier quality follow-up, and EHS practices. Candidates should have a BSc in food science, engineering, chemistry, or an equivalent field; MSc is preferred, along with quality assurance or lab management experience, analytical or microbiology testing experience, GMP/GLP and audit knowledge, and people management experience.
