Description
Nemera is hiring a Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of a laboratory in a pharmaceutical or medical device regulated environment. The role supervises laboratory personnel, manages equipment and inventory, maintains data integrity and compliance with FDA, cGxP, and QSR requirements, supports project testing, and leads recruitment, training, and performance activities. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field, 7–10+ years of laboratory experience in regulated pharmaceutical or medical device industries, and 3+ years of laboratory operations and personnel management experience. The stated salary range is $110,000–$130,000 USD.
