Description
The Construction Materials Laboratory Manager coordinates and manages laboratory testing of construction and geotechnical materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. The role oversees laboratory safety, quality protocols, equipment calibration and maintenance, staff training and performance, administrative reporting, business development support, and continuous quality improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or a related field plus five years of laboratory testing experience, or nine years of related experience in lieu of a degree, along with relevant national, regional, or state certification.
