NewLimit is hiring a Laboratory Operations Specialist to support the functional genomics laboratory and broader research operations. The role involves building and operating lab infrastructure, maintaining equipment and inventory, supporting vivarium and animal husbandry, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, coordinating procurement and cross-functional processes, ensuring laboratory safety and compliance, and onboarding new personnel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in the natural sciences or relevant laboratory experience, at least three years of lab operations experience, data fluency, and strong organizational skills. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and 20 days of paid time off, with a salary range of $70,000 to $125,000.
