Description
The Laboratory Shift Leader will lead a team of 10 to 15 workers in a laboratory, managing schedules, objectives, quality, administrative follow-up, and production continuity while performing hands-on laboratory work. The role requires significant laboratory operator experience, team-management and communication skills, organizational ability, and flexibility for a three-shift schedule. It offers gross pay of €20 to €25 per hour, shift premiums, supervisor support, and a worker-status contract with prospects for permanent employment.
