Raba Kistner, Inc. is hiring a Laboratory Supervisor I for its Infrastructure team in Sulphur, Louisiana. The role supervises laboratory and field construction materials testing technicians, directs field crews, coordinates testing assignments, prepares and reviews test reports, maintains laboratory equipment and calibration records, trains and evaluates technicians, and supports project testing scope and quality compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least eight years of laboratory testing experience, and 7–11 months of related management experience; it is on-site and may require irregular hours and travel.
