Mercy Health is hiring a Laboratory Support Services Supervisor - Phlebotomy for St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The role supervises laboratory operations and personnel, oversees testing and reporting, evaluates staff competency, ensures corrective actions and system validation before test results are reported, and supports operational and administrative functions. The position requires an associate degree in Medical Technology or a related science, five years of clinical laboratory experience, and three years of phlebotomy experience; phlebotomy certification, customer-service leadership experience, and EKG experience are preferred.
