Description
The role performs laboratory testing and analysis on multiple specimen types, operates and sterilizes laboratory equipment, maintains inventories and supplies, documents results, and prepares work areas. It is located at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, and requires relevant work experience in lieu of a degree, background checks, and a current tuberculosis test. Prior mammalian specimen research experience and willingness to work with live mammalian specimens are preferred.
