Fairlife is hiring an entry-level Laboratory Technician in Webster, New York to support its Quality Department. The role performs water, raw milk, bulk product, finished-product, microbiological, chemical, and work-in-process testing; operates laboratory instrumentation; prepares solutions and media; documents results; conducts quality audits; and communicates findings. The position follows a rotating 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, requires at least one year of laboratory experience, and offers a base pay range of $25.50 to $29.50 USD with a $2 per hour night-shift differential.
