Description
Headlands Research is hiring a full-time Laboratory Technician/Phlebotomist for its clinical research site in Southfield, Michigan. The role leads day-to-day laboratory operations, including specimen collection and processing, point-of-care testing, inventory management, shipping, documentation, and compliance with GCP, OSHA, HIPAA, and study protocols. The position also supports patient visits, study procedures, and coordination with research teams, with opportunities to expand into clinical research and lab leadership. It is onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., pays $22–$25 per hour, and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, paid time off, and other benefits.
