Laboratory Technician at Horizon Organic

The Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician tests and inspects dairy products at various stages of production, including raw milk, cream, rework, ingredients, bulk, and finished products. The role performs chemical, physical, microbiological, organoleptic, environmental, and release testing; maintains laboratory and equipment standards; records and analyzes test data; investigates deviations; and supports product disposition. The position is directly reported to the Quality Supervisor, follows a 2-2-3 schedule on the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, and pays a base hourly wage of $33.00 with medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days.
