Description
The Laboratory Technician delivers safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers by performing quality assurance tests, preparing laboratory reports, supporting additive selection and fluid design, maintaining laboratory equipment and safety standards, conducting audits, and assisting technical engineers. The role requires local Midland/Odessa availability, willingness to work 12-hour day and night rotations, prior chemical laboratory experience, and an associate degree or high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in a technical or science-related field is preferred. Compensation is $21.00–$23.00 per hour on W2 without benefits.
