Elanco is hiring a Laboratory Technician for Formulation Development in Synthetic Molecule Technical Development at its Monheim am Rhein site. The role involves planning and executing experimental series, developing manufacturing processes, optimizing formulations, characterizing veterinary drug products, documenting work in LIMS/ELN, analyzing data, collaborating with R&D, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Candidates need a Chemotechnician qualification or comparable qualification, at least 10–15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, strong formulation and GxP knowledge, LIMS/ELN and Microsoft Office skills, and fluent German and English.
